Refund policy
At Flying Dragon Nursery, excellent delivery is our first priority. Although every plant, item, and shipment is carefully examined before being sent to you, we know there may be a few glitches and snags on the way from our nursery to your home. The return and refund method differs depending on the circumstance and kind of product.
- Within 24 hrs of receiving your plant(s), you must send us a written email explaining what went wrong and specifying the type of resolution you want, such as a return and refund, a replacement exchange, or store credit. Please be aware that we do not offer prorated refunds.
-To facilitate communication and hasten a resolution, please take photos of the plant(s). Also, if the carton is seriously broken, take a picture of it before you open it. Send us the pictures in a modest file size that allows us to view the necessary details.
Changes / Cancellations / Returns
Should you wish to cancel or change your order with us before it is shipped, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order is picked up by our courier, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order due to change of heart.
For change of mind cancellations, a small processing fee (e.g., 3-5%) will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable credit card transaction fees.
Once your order has been delivered, if you wish to return your order to us, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the plants. Orders being sent back due to a change of heart will need to be sent back at the purchasers cost. If a refund is approved, the amount returned will be excluding the shipping cost charged, as this is not refundable. Returned plants will need to be in the same order as they are sent from the nursery in. If any plants have been trimmed or parts removed, a refund may not be accepted, or only a partial refund may be issued.
