The Figs Mrs Williams is a variety of fig tree that produces large, pyriform-shaped figs with yellow necks and brown to purple skin with pinky honey coloured flesh. The tree has a round, spreading top. The tree can reach a height of 4-5 meters and does not require pollination. This variety has two crops each year, the first crop is called "breba" figs and forms on the previous year's growth, it ripens from December to January. The second crop forms during the summer and ripens from late March to May. To enhance the development of the second crop, the new shoots should be tipped to 4 or 5 leaves in mid-December.
